Yes. Every Kascado WooCommerce plugin declares HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage) compatibility from the day it ships. We test against both legacy CPT-based order storage and HPOS on every release.
It depends which plugins. Customer Statements and AR Tracker detect each other automatically through the Kascado suite contract. With both installed, statements upgrade to include opening balance, payments received, closing balance, and an aging breakdown — no configuration, no API keys, nothing to set up. Customer Dashboard runs independently today; deeper suite integration is planned.
All Kascado plugins require PHP 8.0 or higher and WooCommerce. Customer Dashboard specifically requires WordPress 6.2 or higher and WooCommerce 8.0 or higher. Customer Statements and AR Tracker require WordPress 6.0 or higher. All plugins are tested up to WordPress 6.9. Multisite is not currently supported.
Customer Dashboard is preparing to launch on WordPress.org. Customer Statements and AR Tracker are built and going through final QA; both will be submitted next. We'll announce specific dates as each plugin reaches the WordPress.org submission stage.
Free plugins are supported through the WordPress.org support forums for each plugin. You can also reach us directly at support@kascado.com — we respond within 24 hours on business days. When AR Tracker Pro launches, Pro license holders will get priority support. Bug reports are investigated within 48 hours regardless of license status.
You keep everything. Every Kascado plugin is GPL-2.0-or-later, including paid tiers, so the source can be read, modified, and maintained by you or any developer you hire. All of your data lives in your own WordPress database in documented tables — there is no external service to switch off and no hosted component to lose access to. A lapsed Pro licence stops updates and support; it does not disable the free plugin, and it does not touch your records. This is a deliberate difference from SaaS tools, where the vendor going away means the data goes with it.
