The rules and conditions that govern your use of Kascado products.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Kascado website (kascado.com) and all products sold through it. By accessing our website or purchasing a plugin, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or products.
Kascado free plugins (Customer Dashboard, Customer Statements) are distributed through WordPress.org under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. You may use, modify, and distribute these plugins in accordance with the GPL.
Purchasing a paid Kascado plugin grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin on the number of sites specified by your license tier. The plugin software is licensed under the GPL. In addition to the software, you receive a license key that provides access to updates, support, and suite contract features for the duration of your license term.
Paid plugins may be offered in multiple license tiers (e.g., Starter, Growth, Agency, Lifetime). Each tier specifies the number of production sites covered. All tiers include the same plugin features. The only difference is the number of sites and the billing period.
Annual license keys are valid for one year from the date of purchase and must be renewed to maintain access to updates, priority support, and suite contract features. If your license key expires, the plugin will continue to function, but you will not receive updates or support. Lifetime license keys do not expire and do not require renewal.
License keys are non-transferable and may not be shared, sublicensed, or resold. Each license key may only be activated on the number of sites specified by your license tier. Violation of these restrictions may result in license revocation without refund.
All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and/or PayPal. You will receive a license key and download link immediately upon successful payment. We do not store your credit card information.
Annual licenses automatically renew at the end of each license term. We will notify you at least 14 days before renewal. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account page. Refunds for renewals are subject to our Refund Policy.
Paid plugin licenses include access to software updates and priority support for the duration of the license term. Updates are delivered through the WordPress dashboard. We aim to respond to support requests within 24 hours on business days. Free plugin support is provided through the WordPress.org support forums on a best-effort basis.
Our plugins are developed and tested for the latest stable versions of WordPress and WooCommerce using default WordPress themes. We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party plugins, themes, or hosting environments. If you experience compatibility issues, contact our support team and we will assist you to the best of our ability.
All content on the Kascado website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, documentation, and marketing materials, is the property of Invynt LLC and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission. The plugin software itself is licensed under the GPL.
Our plugins are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Invynt LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our plugins, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the plugin in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invynt LLC and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our plugins or violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to terminate your license and access to our services if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your license key will be revoked and you will lose access to updates and support. Your plugin will continue to function, but without updates or support.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
