What You Can't See

Your B2B Store Is Flying Blind

WooCommerce was built for direct-to-consumer retail. When you run a wholesale business on it, the operational gaps show up fast.

You Can’t See Which B2B Customers Are Slipping Away

B2B churn happens over months, not overnight. Order frequency drops, reorder cycles stretch, average order value shrinks. WooCommerce surfaces none of it, so the account is already gone by the time it stops ordering.

$

WooCommerce Doesn’t Track Unpaid Invoices

WooCommerce marks an order Completed when it ships. That tells you nothing about whether the invoice was paid. On net-30 or longer there is no built-in way to see who owes you, how much, or for how long.

Statements Take Days to Produce by Hand

Chasing a payment usually starts with the customer asking for a statement. Building one means exporting orders, formatting a spreadsheet and making a PDF, so it lands days later. Every one of those days is a day you are not paid.

The Transformation

What Your Operations Look Like With Kascado for Wholesale

Your WooCommerce admin stops being just an order processor. It becomes the place you actually run the wholesale operation from, with the metrics that matter sitting where you can see them.

Without Kascado for Wholesale

Without Kascado for Wholesale

  • ✕ No idea which B2B customers are drifting away
  • ✕ Account statements built manually in Excel
  • ✕ "Completed" doesn't mean "paid"
  • ✕ Revenue at risk is a complete unknown
  • ✕ No aging data on unpaid invoices
With Kascado for Wholesale

With Kascado for Wholesale

  • ✓ Active, at-risk, and dormant customer classification
  • ✓ One-click branded PDF customer statements
  • ✓ Real payment tracking with an append-only AR ledger (Pro)
  • ✓ Revenue at risk quantified in dollars
  • ✓ 30, 60, 90+ day aging breakdown (Pro)
The Kascado Suite

Three Plugins. One Suite.

Customer Dashboard and Accounts Receivable are live on WordPress.org. Each plugin works on its own. Install Customer Statements and Accounts Receivable Pro together and they find each other, so statements start carrying the opening balance, payments received, closing balance and an aging breakdown. There is nothing to configure and no API keys.

Principles

What Every Kascado Plugin Promises

Four rules apply to every plugin we ship today.

Yours, on Your Server

Customer data and financial records stay on your server. No SaaS dependencies, no external API calls, no telemetry. This applies to every plugin we ship today.

Native to Your Platform

Built for WordPress and WooCommerce the way the platform was designed to be used. WordPress.org compliance, HPOS compatibility, modern coding standards.

Each Plugin Works on Its Own

Install one Kascado plugin or all three. Customer Dashboard runs independently. No required bundles, no locked features behind a second purchase.

Direct Support From the People Who Built It

No tier-1 ticket queue, no offshored escalation chain. The people writing the code are the ones answering support questions.

Spreadsheets should not be the operating system for a wholesale business. The tools a store needs to track customer health, produce branded statements, and manage receivables should come from inside the platform, not from a subscription service somewhere else.
FAQ

Common Questions About Kascado

Kascado is a multi-product software brand that builds plugins and extensions for ecommerce platforms. First product line: Kascado for Wholesale, three plugins for B2B operations on WooCommerce: customer health analytics, accounts receivable tracking, and customer statements. All three are free. Customer Dashboard and Accounts Receivable are live on WordPress.org, and Customer Statements follows. Other product lines are in development.

Kascado builds back-office plugins for B2B WooCommerce stores. The Kascado for Wholesale suite includes three plugins: customer health analytics that classify customers as active, at-risk, or dormant; branded PDF customer statements with bulk delivery; and WooCommerce-native accounts receivable tracking. Accounts Receivable (free) records charges, payments, credits and write-offs so you know what you are owed, with total outstanding, per-customer balances and a 6-month trend chart, while Accounts Receivable Pro adds aging reports, automated reminders, credit limits and the wider export suite. All three run entirely inside WooCommerce with no SaaS dependencies. Customer Dashboard and Accounts Receivable are live on WordPress.org; Customer Statements follows.

B2B WooCommerce store owners running wholesale, distribution, or manufacturing operations. You need the back-office software your ecommerce platform doesn’t ship with: accounts receivable tracking, branded PDF customer statements, and customer health analytics. Kascado complements B2BKing, WholesaleX, and Wholesale Suite, which handle pricing, registration, and access control. Kascado doesn’t replace any of these plugins. It handles what comes after the sale, which they don’t.

Kascado is built by a small, distributed team with backgrounds in ecommerce operations, WordPress and content platform engineering, and production software at scale. Bug reports are investigated whether or not you have paid us anything.

Today, yes. Kascado for Wholesale is built for WooCommerce stores. The brand itself is platform-agnostic. Kascado is designed to expand to other ecommerce platforms as new product lines launch. We'll announce platform expansions when they're closer to launch.

Every Kascado plugin is licensed under the GPL, including Accounts Receivable Pro. WordPress plugins are GPL derivatives, and Kascado follows this fully. What a Pro license buys is updates and priority support — not the code itself. The source is inspectable, modifiable, and self-hostable by every customer. You’re never locked out of the code that runs your business.

No. Every Kascado plugin runs entirely on your WordPress server. No external API calls, no SaaS connections, no analytics, no telemetry, no third-party tracking. Your customer data, financial records, and customer statements stay where you put them. This applies to every plugin we ship today.

QuickBooks and Xero are accounting systems. They own your books, your tax filing, and the official record of what was invoiced and paid. Kascado does not replace any of that and is not trying to.

The gap is who can see the numbers, and where they are standing when they need them. Accounting seats cost money and carry permissions you probably do not want to hand to warehouse staff or a salesperson on the phone with a customer. So the person who needs to know whether an account is overdue — before they ship, before they accept another order — often cannot look it up. They ask someone who can, or they guess.

Kascado puts that answer inside WooCommerce, beside the orders it came from, available to anyone with a shop manager role. Accounts Receivable Pro adds a balance view in My Account so customers can check what they owe instead of emailing to ask. Exports are formatted to feed your accounting system rather than compete with it.

Most stores will run both. That is the intended design, not a compromise.
