To request a refund, contact our support team at support@kascado.com with your name and the email address associated with your purchase. You do not need to provide a reason for the refund, but we appreciate any feedback that helps us improve our products.
Annual license renewals are also covered by a 30-day refund period. We will notify you at least 14 days before your license renews, with instructions on how to cancel if you do not wish to continue. If you miss the cancellation window and your license renews, you may request a refund within 30 days of the renewal date.
Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated. You will lose access to plugin updates, priority support, and suite contract features. The plugin files will remain on your server, but without an active license you will not receive future updates or support.
